Our philosophy: It’s your job to do the situps; it’s our job to make it simple.

This has simple features.

It will display the count of how many situps (or crunches) you do.

How SimplySitups works:
1. Choose SimplySitups icon
2. The green START button appears.
3. Hit the Start button, and it turns red, and begin your situps, crunches or curls.
4. With Real Time Computing™, your SimplySitups count appears in large numbers as you move.
5. When you finish your situps, hit the red STOP button
6. The count of situps appears, along with the time taken, and an average per minute.

By the way, SimplySitups keeps track of the workout summary, so that you can email it (to a database or to yourself). For you Military People and Competitive types, theres a 2 minute timer for speed situps or time goals.
